First off, I'm going to apologies for how lengthy this post is going to be. But it really is necessary with all of the amazing things I have been so lucky to receive in preparation for Bloggers Fashion Week courtesy of so many different amazing brands and The Bloggers Hangout. If you're a blogger then I definitely recommend checking out The Bloggers Hangout. It's an exclusive site available for bloggers to enable you to have access to exclusive events and to work with so many different brands like the ones featured within this post.
In short, this post is going to be a round up of some different products I think are perfect in preparation for Bloggers Fashion Week. The brands featured within this post will be some of the brands that are going to be exhibiting at the event next week! I will leave links of where you can shop the products at the end of each review!
The first being this perfect little shakes which are fab for popping in your handbag. They taste SO good and are super great for you so they're fab for on the go.
Jurlique products smell so so gorgeous and come packaged beautifully. My favorite product I got send definitely has to be the Self Tanner. I love trying out different self tans and this Jurlisque one definitely doesn't disappoint, it gave me a perfect amount of colour for Spring.
My mum was so so excited when I received this Glycolic and Lactic Acid kit from Bravura London. If you have never heard from the brand, then they enable you to perform Chemical style Peels on yourself at home. I think it is such a fun idea and really does leave your skin feeling great. My mum has stolen mine off me so I think I may now have to invest on another for myself haha!
Me Me Me Cosmetics is a brand I have worked with before alongside PR company Etail PR. My previous review post praised their products and this post is no different. I was so so so excited when my package came in the post. The product I was the most excited about was the liquid highlighter. It is such a gorgeous champagne colour and really does make your skin pop, It looks perfect alongside the nude lip pen which I was also lucky enough to get sent!
I am not usually someone to use products like hand cream but I was so so impressed by the packaging of this product! It smells so so good that I was able to smell it even before I took it out of the bag. It is definitely something I will be adding into my handbag and my daily routine. Kenneth Turner seem to have some gorgeous products so I will also definitely look to be trying some more out as this hand cream as converted me completely!
When I received these Batiste sprays in the post I thought that they were the usual dry shampoo products that they make which I am a huge fan of. But I was surprised to notice they they were actually Texturising and Volumising sprays! I've never seen Batiste differ much in product so I thought the concept of these sprays were really exciting, especially for someone like me that has really flat hair! They work perfectly for that tousled bedhead look and if you haven't already I would definitely recommend going ahead and purchasing to try them out.
Urban Veda are a brand that I have loved for a long time. Their products always smell so good and as you can probably tell from this post that a good smelling product instantly makes me fall in love haha! I used this body wash today and it felt great on my skin. I suffer from dry skin so I have to be careful with what shower gels and body washes I use but this one is perfect for me.
I think out of all the parcels I received for Bloggers Fashion Week, this one definitely had to be my favorite. I am a sucker for good hair care products, especially currently transitioning back to a full block blonde so keeping my hair in good condition is so important to be right now. You will probably not know what I am talking about until you try it but this brush literally feels like heaven to use! It is so so soft and doesn't feel like my hair is snapping off when I use it, which trust me is a problem for me with having bleached hair! I also used the leave in conditioner today which I am so so impressed by. I have quite fine hair so sometimes conditioning products can be too heavy for me and leave my hair greasy but this has just left my hair feeling perfectly soft. Paul Mitchell provided me with everything for perfect hair in time for Bloggers Fashion Week and I am so so grateful!
Before this post, Pure Potions is a brand I had never heard of so I didn't really know what to expect when trying out the products. I have to say that my favorite product out of them all is the Daily Moisturizing Cream, I haven't had a moisturizer for a couple of weeks now as I ran out (which has been so so bad on my skin). This product is perfect for my dry skin, what I love about it is that it is made to work with eczema prone skin, which is a condition I unfortunately suffer with. It will now definitely be an essential for me so if you suffer from eczema I would try it out for yourself!
These Ioma products were another thing that my mum was very quick to take off my hands haha! If you have never heard of the brand, then they allow for you to create personalized products suitable for whatever skin type or concern you may have. I got the chance to try their Vitality shots which are supposed to energize the skin. I have found that they are fab to mix in with your foundation to really give you a bright and fresh look!
Another fab product for dry skin! Skin Food by Weleda came in a perfect little size bottle for popping in your handbag. I hate it on cold days when i'm out and about and I don't have anything to moisturize with. This is perfect for moments like that!
Jones and Jones fashion are a brand I have featured a few times before on my blog, because they create the most gorgeous handmade dresses, and this one is no exception! The frilled skirt is so so cute in addition to the black and white lace detailing, its perfect for a cute glam look.
And finally, I have left some of my favorite products until last. I was so so excited to receive the Sensationail Polish to Gel transformer kit in the post. I recently saw the product in my local Boots and have been eager to try ever since! I have so many nail polishes that chip so quickly, especially with me constantly being on the computer and typing. This product makes sure even nail polishes that are the worst for chipping stay put on my nails. It really does provide salon quality without the hefty price tag every time!
I recently lost my beauty blender so I was so happy to receive this Lab2 one in the post! Before, I took the plunge and purchased the original Beauty Blender but to be honest, when I received it, I didn't really see what all the hype was over. I mean, yes I agree it is an amazing product, but for the price I just don't think I can justify it. After using this Lab2 beauty blender I can honestly say that I get the exact same results for a fraction of the price.
I never used to be really bothered about my nails as I used to bite them religiously, but I recently decided to quit the bad habit and I now have lovely long nails! I though these Thumbs Up nail wraps are perfect for sprucing up your nails for a special occasion!
As you can see, I am now well and truly prepared for the events of Bloggers Fashion Week! Will any of you be attending? Let me know in the comments below if you are. Also, left me know if you would like a full review of any of the products I have mentioned above!
