My Bandage Dress A/W Launch 2014

If any of you follow me on Instagram then you will probably know that I was so so excited to have been invited to the My Bandage Dress Bloggers Preview event last weekend. I have been invited to blogger events before, but living in Derby, alot are in London and I find them hard to get to. Which is why I was so so happy to know that the My Bandage Dress event was being held in Birmingham- I literally jumped at the chance to go, and I am so glad I did.

The invite that I received was the cutest thing ever. It came in a little 'My Bandage Dress' box filled with treats such as candles and bath bombs- which was just a hint of what was to come. I was so nervous to attend as it was one of my first blogging events, but I met up with a few other bloggers at the train station, and they were all so so lovely, I literally was worrying for nothing! When we walked in the room was laced with My Bandage Dress cupcakes, and a little pic'n'mix cart. There were goodie bags, mugs and fake tan spread out across the tables, and rails of clothes of the new collection for us to lust over. The images I took (which I apologies for the bad phone quality) don't even begin to show how lovely it was.

There was also a jewelry stand from an amazing new brand called Luxy Accessories. The new company specializes in statement necklaces, which are literally so so gorgeous. The owner Sabrina, buys all of her stock from the same supplier as Zara, but sells for much cheaper prices, so you can just image how amazing her products really are.

After everyone had arrived and had some cakes and sweets, we all took to the seats on the other side of the room ready for the catwalk of the new collection. And oh my god, we were not dissapointed. I do not think there was one thing that I didn't like. I didn't manage to get many pictures of the catwalk, because my phone decided to blur as the photographs were being taken, but there's so many products which I am just waiting on to launch so I can get my hands on them. Not only were the clothes ridiculously gorgeous, so were the models. I must have said to other bloggers so so many times how jealous I was of them all haha! I only managed to get a picture of two of them, but they were all really lovely, and made me seriously jealous!

I haven't taken a picture, but we also got given goodie bags to say thankyou for coming, which I thought was lovely of My Bandage Dress. They featured so many things such as a mug, chocolate, dry shampoo, bath bombs - they really were the cutest, and they all came in a little My Bandage Dress bag. I had such a lovely time at the event, and it has definitely encouraged me to try and get to all of the events I am invited to. There were so many other bloggers there who I didn't get a chance to talk to, and I would love to continue meeting them all!
